Owning a boat is a promise to yourself.
Freedom, adventure, a front-row seat to nature.
Westernport Marina
Client
Westernport Marina invested $3.5M in infrastructure upgrades in 2024, and needed to align their brand and messaging with this transformation. They needed to attract larger vessels, get rid of dated perception and increase market awareness.
Strategy
We developed a brand strategy grounded in a simple truth: owning a boat is a promise to yourself, and the way you want to spend your time. This insight drove the new brand promise - "It's all about your boat".
A distinct personality and tone of voice that was reliable, approachable, and down-to-earth was established, with targeted communications for specific boating segments whether fishing, sailing, or cruising.
The unified strategy successfully differentiated Westernport Marina and provided clear direction for marketing initiatives, all anchored by the mission to help customers - "Get out there and enjoy your boat!"

Twosday helped us tell our story in a way that really speaks to our customers. After upgrading our marina, we needed a fresh approach to match our new facilities. Their work gave us clear direction for our communications and position our marina.
