From the first time we visited, we understood the Lodge had a heart and a story that was untold. The deep compassion of staff, and warmth of the resident community made it a special place that was not reflected in their brand or communications.
The decision to transition to supported living is not an easy one. We needed to acknowledge the fears of losing independence and leaving the familiar comforts of home. It’s a needs - not wants - based decision. The strategy reassures potential residents that moving to Hunters Hill Lodge supports them to continue living life their way, full of choice and independence. Supported living keeps them living life on their own terms, ultimately to help them doing the things they love, for longer.

We injected the heart of Hunters Hill Lodge into their brand. An updated visual identity, beautiful photography, and real stories combined with honest messaging highlights that the Lodge is not just a place to live, it’s belonging to a community that feels like home.
Bringing people to the forefront of the brand, we merged old with the new to give a glimpse into life at the Lodge.
